Strategy, identity, product, engineering, film and marketing — every discipline in-house, so the campaign and the platform it lives on are made by the same studio.
Most agencies subcontract half of this list. We don’t. Every discipline below has a lead, a process and a standard inside PaperTray — which is why a brand system, the site it lives on and the film that launches it all arrive sounding like the same voice.
Pick any one of them, or hand us the whole thing.
Choose a card to open its detail — deliverables, timeline and how we approach it.
Deliverables, typical timelines and how each engagement runs. Open any row — or pick a card above and it opens here.
We start with the business problem, not the logo. Positioning work comes first — who you’re for, what you replace, and what you want to be believed for — and the identity is built to carry that argument everywhere it has to travel.
Built for the people who maintain it after we leave. Performance budgets and accessibility targets are agreed up front and tested against on real devices, not just a lab score.
Product work grounded in what users actually do. We map the real journey — including the parts that embarrass everyone — then design the interface that removes the friction rather than decorating it.
Shot in our studio or on location, art-directed by the same people who built the brand — so the images arrive already matching the system they have to live in.
Concept, shoot and edit under one roof. The person who storyboards it is on set for it, which is why the film that comes back is the film that was pitched.
We agree the revenue number before the media plan. Channels are chosen to serve it, creative is built to test into it, and reporting is against that number rather than impressions.
Planned as a season, not a posting calendar. A content system with recurring formats your audience learns to recognise, produced in batches so quality survives the volume.
Slow, compounding work — and we say so up front. Technical debt gets cleared first, content follows the demand that actually exists, and authority is earned rather than bought.
Built on a workflow you already run, not a demo. We find the task that costs your team the most hours, automate that one properly, and only then look at the next.
The words and assets that keep every channel fed without the quality sliding. Written by people who understand the strategy, in the voice the brand work established.
The same sequence on every engagement, whichever service you start with. You always know which stage you’re in and what comes next.
Stakeholder interviews, market read, and the number you actually need to move.
A written creative direction you sign off before anyone opens a design tool.
Design, film and copy developed together, reviewed in the open, never in a vacuum.
Engineered for speed and accessibility, tested on real devices before launch.
Measure against the number from stage one, then iterate on what the data says.
We’re not loyal to a stack. These are what we reach for most often, and we’ll happily work inside whatever your team already runs.
No. Most engagements start with one discipline — usually branding or a website — and grow from there because it’s easier than briefing a second agency. Taking a single service is completely normal and we won’t price it as a penalty.
It depends on scope, and we’d rather quote honestly than publish a number that means nothing. As a guide, identity projects and websites are typically quoted as fixed-price engagements after a scoping call, while marketing and social run as monthly retainers. You’ll get a written scope with a fixed figure before anything starts.
The people you meet. We’re fifteen people with no account management layer, so the person you brief is the person doing the work. Nothing is subcontracted without telling you first, and every discipline on this page is staffed in-house.
Regularly. Around half our current work is for clients in the Gulf and the UK. Production days need travel planning, but everything else runs remotely without friction — we’ve been doing it since 2020.
Builds include 30 days of post-launch support as standard. After that you can take a maintenance retainer, bring it in-house with the documentation and training we hand over, or simply call us when you need something. We don’t lock work behind ongoing fees.
Yes. On final payment, full ownership of the delivered work transfers to you, including source files, raw footage and repository access. The only exceptions are third-party licences — fonts, stock, plugins — which stay under their own terms and are listed in the handover.
